Resepi Kek Coklat 

Bahan-bahan kek coklat:

• 250gm Butter
• 3/4 cawan gula
• 4 biji telur
• 2 cawan tepung gandum
• 3/4 cawan serbuk koko
• 1 cawan air atau susu cair

Bahan-bahan coklat cair

• 1 sudu marjerin
• 2-3 sudu susu pekat manis
• 2-3 sudu serbuk koko
• suku cawan air(isi sedikit)

Cara buat kek coklat:

·         Bancuh serbuk koko dan air atau susu cair.

·         Pukul butter dan tambah gula sehingga kembang.

·          Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. pukul lagi.

·         Masukkan tepung gandum selang-seli dengan bancuhan  tadi sambil terus memukul.

·         Kukus 45 minit.

Cara buat coklat cair 
 

·         Cairkan 1 sudu marjerin.

·          Masukkan susu pekat manis dan serbuk koko

·          Tambahkan sedikit air supaya tidak terlalu pekaT

Method Cara membuatnya: * Ayam dipotong mengikut cita rasa. * Cili api, cili merah dan kunyit hidup ditumbuk hingga lumat, serai dititik serta bawang besar dimayang halus. * Masukkan ayam dan bahan yang sudah ditumbuk ke dalam periuk berserta bawang yang sudah dimayang, serai dan santan. * Masak hingga mendidih. * Masukkan pati santan,  asam gelugur dan kerisik, kacau hingga rata. * Apabila ayam sudah empuk, masukkan garam secukup rasa.
